The stresses that naturally come with such a large project are enough, so working with a group of people such as Mike and Dan take the pressure off of the plumbing portion of the project. Any opportunity this company has to add in hidden charges and fees and back you into a corner and force you to pay absurd amounts, they will. Seider completed our master bath plumbing and finish work. Initially the rough plumbing installation was great! However things quickly went downhill and the greedy and rude nature of Mike and the plumbing department surfaced. Seider no called no showed us when we had scheduled our finish work over three weeks in advance. The following week they sent a plumber to our house who was grumpy and snippy the entire time he was working on our finish install. He shared with us that he was thrown onto our job the morning of and had no idea what he was walking into. The same day, Seider sent Mike to our home to complete some additional work with rearranging our pipes to allow us to add a water meter which took 1 hr of labor from Mike. Mike and his crew were amazing to work with on this whole house renovation.. From the first walk through of the project with Mike I got a quote right away followed by a detailed timeline on what the schedule would be. The crew was on time everyday and very professional. The work was great and everything was finished and inspected on time. I highly recommend this company!
