I found Advanced Exteriors by doing a Google search for my area and went with them based on their high ratings and positive reviews. There’s a reason that they score high on Google and why I am giving them a 5 star review. Mike and his team have been amazing to work with and I highly recommend him! Any time I had a question for Mike he responded right away and was prompt with meet-up times for the estimate and start of the project. Mike’s team showed up the day of the roof project and were professionals from start to finish. I was amazed on how efficient his team was to complete to project quicker than I expected. Their attention to prep work and clean up to keep my yard and my neighbors yard (neighbors driveway is right next to my house) was amazing. The area around my house was spotless at the end of the roofing project and not a scrap left behind. The roof material and craftsmanship are top notch. Mike and the team at Advanced Exteriors were a joy to work with. When our roof lost a bunch of shingles in a storm, they had a tarp on the roof to protect it the same day and gave a reasonable quote for the roof replacement off the bat which ended up being in the ballpark of the final cost. The actual replacement was somehow a one-day job, even after we decided to add our garage roof to the scope. They arrived early in the morning, stripped both roofs, installed new ones, cleaned up and left before dinner. The best thing about working with Mike and AEW was their help navigating the insurance policy. This was our first time making a home insurance claim and Mike did an excellent job guiding us through the process and making sure we got good value out of our policy. Cannot recommend highly enough! Mike from Advanced Exteriors was very responsive to my initial inquiry for a quote - here within a day. He contacted me right after he looked at the roof and told me that there was quite a bit of wind damage and recommended that I contact insurance company. I did and his excellent customer service saved me a great deal of money as the insurance company agreed with his assessment and the new roof was covered. As always, have to work around the weather, but the crew that was here did a full tear off of both house and garage, minor garage repair and completed the new roof in under 5 hours..during inclement weather. They did a wonderful job in not the best conditions and cleanup was excellent. Gutter and downspouts were also replaced on house and garage very quickly.
