Jim has provided services for us a few times. He's very professional, reasonable, and reliable. We needed repairs due to wind damage from a storm. He took pictures before and after he did the repairs on our roof. He even sealed off some areas that could possibly have caused our roof to leak in the future. We've had a leak in our roof for a year and half, it's been very stressful. Before we hired Jim, Repair Specialist, we had several other roofers inspect and attempt to repair our roof, but it always kept leaking. Jim was able to quickly diagnose the problem, and explained very clearly how he would fix it. Jim spent 2 hours on our roof repairing the damage causing the leak.
