The quote was reasonable and their team went through the specs one by one with me so I understood fully what I was purchasing. Moore installed an insert in my old inefficient fireplace. WOW! Everything about this experience and outcome was flawless!!! The end result is above my expectations I absolutely LOVE my new fireplace insert! The install person Jerry, was very concerned to take care that nothing of mine was damaged, that the insert was installed and inspected in a timely manner, he respected my privacy, he didn't try to teach everything about how to install an insert????
