Sep 2022, 50 year old cast iron boiler started acting up. Joe came out and provided me with quotes for a few different brands and in various configurations. I opted for high efficiency IBC unit. April 2023, called to make installation appointment and found the current price went down, not up! Even with current inflation! Utilized their interest-free financing through Wells Fargo. May 2023, Justin and Brandon replaced the boiler, hot water heater and garage heater with new units. The original quote was for 4 days and that's what it took, even though one of them was called away a couple times. They did a fantastic job. Happy with the quality of their workmanship and attention to detail. Very professional and easy to get along with. They answered all my questions, addressed any concerns. They also accommodated a couple extra request items during the installation. With IBC's 10-year Parts and Labor warranty and with Diamond Heating / Airtemp Alaska set to come out annually to do the inspec

Returning home from a trip out of town, I found that my home water heater had leaked and was no longer heating the water. I called the after hours service and setup a call back.
