O goodness where do I start. We found Colton online when our AC randomly stop working. His reviews caught my eye and I can definitely see why. We called him kind of late and he answered thank goodness and told us he would be out first thing the next morning and he was. He was on time, very nice and got the job done quickly. He even wore a mask. Definitely our new AC guy. Would recommend to anybody. Service: HVAC system maintenance
Colton arrived when he said he would and walked me through every step of diagnosing and resolving the problems. (There actually were two.) He came to a point where the fix had two options with one considerably more expensive than the other. Some companies would simply have pushed for the expensive option, but not Colton. I do appreciate the honesty.
Can’t say enough about Colton. Super friendly and professional. Came right over to look at the unit and was able to squeeze my repair in the same day around other appointments. Honest and up front about the cost- which was extremely reasonable. Will definitely use again. Service: Repair HVAC
