I called in a serve call at 8:00 am they call me back and set up an appt for 10:00 that day. It took the tech about 10 minutes to diagnose the problem and another 15 to fix and test. The Tech was very polite, experienced and pleasant to work with. I will definitely use Turn Key in the future. Service: HVAC system repair
Service technician was great. Very professional and he went above and beyond to make sure we were good before he left with our concerns. The office kept me updated on his arrival time. Which was greatly appreciated. Highly recommended
I am a high school teacher whose air went out on the LAST Sunday afternoon of summer break. I called Turn Key because they both offered 24-hour service and had excellent reviews. From the time the gentleman answered until the time my unit was repaired….was less than an hour. The repairman was kind, professional, and made sure I didn’t spend my last night of summer vacation miserably hot. I highly recommend this company and am very thankful for their help.
