I am thankful and blessed today that my AC problems were not as bad as I thought, being that my unit is 12 years old and it needed a lot of TLC… my home is nice and cool today in this heat and I couldn’t be more grateful… thank you so much…. I was a longtime 9+ yrs customer registered with the company's gold plan that no longer exist. Company was great in the beginning, but plan stated certain maintenance measures were suppose to be done for fall and summer maintenance which wasn't performed twice annually, Although I paid promptly. Tech sent out in 2022 to do A/C maintenance didn't flush drain line causing a newly installed computer board to short out. Was suppose to be done annually with service but if wasn't, infact he was caught on camera blowing down the drain line attachment with his mouth!! Should have used compressed air. Cost me 400.00 to get replaced by another company because the office personnel decided to support the Technician's dishonesty and unprofessionalism, which he chose to display. The company has had a major high turnover even prior to Covid. There have been many other negative issues to occur but I chose to overlook them because of their past 2 Techs that displayed excellent customer service. I de
