Superior Plumbing & Drain

We have had really good experiences with Superior. Twice the owner has been the one to come by. He has been fair, and we have not felt taken advantage of. They have replaced a water heater, pressure reducer, hose bib, toilets, and fixed a leaking valve. They have been good enough that over none of those times have we thought we should call someone else the next time.

This was our first plumbing need since moving to Alabaster over 20 years ago so we didnt know who to call. When I contacted Superior, I was greeted by a friendly, caring voice who took our information and quickly arranged for a same day appointment. Robert and his team arrived on time and was a pleasure to work with. Robert diagnosed the problem and had us back up and running quickly. It didn't require as much work as expected and he was honest about it. That saved us money. Based on this visit, I would highly recommend Superior Plumbing. Service: Drain cleaning

I have to give a BIG shout out to Robert and your whole crew!! I called in and said my elderly mom would be at home when you arrived. I mentioned my mom had just been diagnosed with blood cancer and would only be able to let someone in- not make any decisions. I advised them to call me if any decisions needed to be made. I am an elementary school teacher. Everyone from the young lady I made the appointment with (I can’t remember her name!) to sweet Robert went above and beyond!! When I arrived home after school today, my mom told me numerous times how sweet Robert was and that he told her several times to just call if she needed ANYTHING. He even offered to get the mail for her. This has been such a rough time for my mom (and me) and these seemingly small acts of kindness meant the world to us!! Thank you for going above and beyond!!
