Superior Plumbing & Drain

This was our first plumbing need since moving to Alabaster over 20 years ago so we didnt know who to call. When I contacted Superior, I was greeted by a friendly, caring voice who took our information and quickly arranged for a same day appointment. Robert and his team arrived on time and was a pleasure to work with. Robert diagnosed the problem and had us back up and running quickly. I have to give a BIG shout out to Robert and your whole crew!! I called in and said my elderly mom would be at home when you arrived. I mentioned my mom had just been diagnosed with blood cancer and would only be able to let someone in- not make any decisions. I advised them to call me if any decisions needed to be made. I am an elementary school teacher. Everyone from the young lady I made the appointment with (I can’t remember her name!) to sweet Robert went above and beyond!! When I arrived home after school today, my mom told me numerous times how sweet Robert was and that he told her several times to just call if she needed ANYTHING. He even offered to get the mail for her. This has been such a rough time for my mom (and me) and these seemingly small acts of kindness meant the world to us!! Thank you for going above and beyond!!
