Robert was great right from the start. Professional and very courteous. He was able to fix my leak that another well known company could not. After that company told me they would have to custom make me something, and ghosted me, I called Superior. Robert had an estimate to me in a couple of days. We have had really good experiences with Superior. Twice the owner has been the one to come by. He has been fair, and we have not felt taken advantage of. They have replaced a water heater, pressure reducer, hose bib, toilets, and fixed a leaking valve. They have been good enough that over none of those times have we thought we should call someone else the next time.
