They did a great job, The price was very reasonable..
We had a light fixture replaced and a light switch repaired. We couldn't have asked for better service--professional, solid work. The bonus is everyone is so personable and has a great sense of humor. People like that always earn bonus points from us. We'll hire them again in a heartbeat!
Avoid this company as much as possible. 07/07/2022 request DODD to send out a representative to look at out floodlight. Upon arriving at home immediately the representative didn’t a latter tall enough to reach our floodlights. Immediately the representative walked next door to our neighbors home. Since then we have been receiving a bill of $100. I called three different times telling the owner twice the story once to Secretary. I told them both their representative didn’t do anything I’m not paying a $100. for someone to drive in my yard then go to our next door neighbor house. Today received a another bill from DODD’s this time someone typed in description block.” Check out/repair for floodlights determine the floodlight had a bad board and should be replaced customer will order new light fixtures we will return &repair the fixtures if requested.” If a person or company would lie about this just imagine the lies they have and telling their customers.
