I called for a quote on a house call fee and the plumber never returned my call. I won't ever try again.
Refused to examine my bathroom air pipe and claimed they knew what the problem was without looking at anything, which is complete nonsense. Then claimed that experienced and certified plumbers on the web, who described my problem perfectly when I researched it, don't know what they're talking about. Then that evening tried to refund money for past services that were rendered, refund refused. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL, because their boss is clearly full of himself and unable to have an open mind, and treated me and my wife poorly while claiming to be "Christian."
