Today I had the pleasure of speaking with a gentleman named Dylan from Ridgeline. He stopped by to let me know some neighbors had some storm and hail damage on their roofs and asked if he could give me a FREE roof inspection! I was unaware of this and He answered every question I had and the one thing I loved was that he did not make me any false promises and assured that ridgeline would give the best treatment if I was to chose to do business with the company. This is one of the most respectful people I’ve had the chance to meet “door to door” with. He was not pushy on me choosing the company and I really liked that. I’m so glad I had the pleasure to meet with this young man as he seemed to love his job and really knew what he was talking about. I was left his card and he said he would answer a call 24/7 if I ever had any future questions. He gave me information about possibly having a sales rep from the company give me estimates or quotes on a new roof if we wanted something differen

Ridgeline was very professional, prompt, and in contact throughout my whole roofing repair. Heath (Project Manager) and his team were a pleasure to work with throughout the process. Heath was on-site when the crew arrived and provided me with pictures from start to finish. The roofing crew did an amazing job, and their cleanup was outstanding. Enjoyed working with Heath and the team from Ridgeline. They did a great job replacing my roof and repairing the fascia. There was never any pressure or crazy sale tactics.
