The Service technician Justin, was very informative and took his time in explaining and showing me what the problem was with my system. His customer service skills were excellent as he listened to me complaining about the prices of service and repairs being so high these days. He didnt take it personal, as some might have, which allowed me to vent and eventually relax. I thank him for his service. Services: HVAC system maintenance, A/C system maintenance

Great guys. Was pleased with my duct cleaning a lot actually. After paying $1700 just in June still having problems. Seems like service has turned a bit different after making card payment. Were quick to gain card info now I’m not getting a response about my air. Definitely not a happy camper as I was in the beginning. It’s burning hot outside now just can’t seem to get a return phone call from no one after the tech just canceled last minute on me lastnight after already speaking with reps. I’m reaching out to my bank now. New day still no tech is out or SUPERVISOR follow up Service: Repair HVAC

Justin from Aire Serv Birmingham just came by to check on my 94 year old father's mini split. He came from 30 minutes away but wanted to make sure to squeeze my father in. The "fan" on the mini split was not turned up and he was cold. Justin turned it up and waived the service call fee. Thank you Justin! You are very sweet, professional!
