My technicians were Dennis and Jesse. Both were very respectful and well mannered, as well as informative and professional. Also the customer service over the phone from the dispatchers was impressive as well. The Service technician Justin, was very informative and took his time in explaining and showing me what the problem was with my system. His customer service skills were excellent as he listened to me complaining about the prices of service and repairs being so high these days. TOTAL SCAM - dispatcher tells us it’s a $169 visit fee plus any repairs - fair enough. Our attic hvac was leaking but we shut it off and unclogged drain pipe before tech got here. Tech arrived (very professional) and didn’t find anything wrong, said it must’ve been drain clog. So he gave me bill - for $706!!?? What they don’t tell you: automatic $475 fee for tech to open hvac panel even if they don’t do anything. Plus a $231 shop vac fee for using vac to suck up a bit of water in drain pan. There were no repairs yet we pay $706 - total ripoff and company designed to trick you by withholding outrageous fees.
