I had a great experience with this company. From sales, accounting, to workers, everyone was professional. Our roofing job was done well, on time, and fairly priced. Special shout-out to Davey for excellent communication. We also had a situation where we made a request for work done. They explained WHY we didn’t need that done and that it might actually be harmful to our roof. They easily could have taken our money and did unnecessary repairs, but they didn’t. William Nelson responded to my inquiry within a day. He was very attentive and called multiple times to make sure I had the details I needed and even came back with a vendor backed extension on the warranty (it was a special - not specific to me), but still. Two of his competitors took anywhere from a week to two weeks to get back to me. One of them even forgot about getting a quote for me until I called them back. The fellows that installed my roof were friendly and did a great job. The cleanup was impeccable - and if you could have seen all the debris, you would understand how much that statement means. We hired USA ROOFING & RENOVATIONS to replace our roof and gutter screens. USA ROOFING & RENOVATIONS were referred to us by a business organization in the area. They came out and gave us a free roof inspection on our roof after a severe storm passed through our area which caused our roof to leak. They had a certified inspector that thoroughly checked our roof and determined that we had much more storm damage than we realized because the damage was not visible from the ground. They advised us that they would work with our insurance company and meet the insurance adjuster at our home again to review damages incurred which put our mind at ease knowing that we had a professional and knowledgeable company working for us. USA ROOFING met with our insurance adjuster as promised and the insurance company agreed that we had substantial damage that would affect the integrity of our roof.
