William Nelson responded to my inquiry within a day. He was very attentive and called multiple times to make sure I had the details I needed and even came back with a vendor backed extension on the warranty (it was a special - not specific to me), but still. Two of his competitors took anywhere from a week to two weeks to get back to me. One of them even forgot about getting a quote for me until I called them back. The fellows that installed my roof were friendly and did a great job. The cleanup was impeccable - and if you could have seen all the debris, you would understand how much that statement means.
