We recently started using them as the plumbers for our community at Berry Falls! They have been nothing but great! Reasonable prices and very prompt to resolve any issue!

I want to thank Mr. Mahammad, his daughter who is the rep that takes the calls and his plumbers for ALWAYS coming to our rescue here at Mountainside apartments. Anytime I call, if she has a guy on another job, Mr. Mahammad and another one of his plumbers will come out. On this past Monday we had so many busted pipes on our property. When I called and told her what was going on, she said she had her guys out on other jobs but she will send someone out as soon as possible. Less than 10 minutes Mr. Mahammad himself was onsite with two workers, then two more came an hour later. I just want to say if you are not using American Plumbing, you might want to give them a try. They work with you on payments, they come less than an hour. They do not give up on a job! The owner and his daughter has amazing customer services and they treat everyone like family. The owner showed up on the same day that I called for a quote on some water meter work. He traced our water pipes, figured out that we didn't need a private meter, and didn't want any money for his time. He was extremely professional and so helpful. We will use this company again.
