Our story is about purchasing our home from a couple that had their roof redone by the company about a year before we purchased. After about six months, we called to ask a question, and we were informed that the warranty would not be honored because the former owners did not contact about moving and changing over the warranty. So I would highly recommend anyone not do business with this company that would not uphold something like a warranty and backup their work to a new home owner. **UPDATE** I did call back. Just letting people know do not use Blair Exteriors . They only cover five years of workmanship & when there’s an issue with the actual shingles it’s through whoever the shingle company is and it is up to the homeowner to go through that shingle company to activate the warranty and it is also up to the homeowner to notify if selling their home within 30 days otherwise the contract is basically void.

Blair Exteriors were fantastic! They were the most organized, professional, and courteous contractors I have ever worked with. They replaced all the windows in my home and we couldn't be happier.
