The tech did not arrive within the timeframe given. He was very accurate with the issue of my AC unit, told me it would take months to have someone come out to repair, but failed to put in notes or report to my home warranty, and the next day, he left for vacation. So now I am still awaiting a ETA on repairs because the company can’t get in touch with him, and I am in a home with a toddler with no AC. Update: I did receive a phone call soon after this post and it cleared up my situation ALOT! Thanks for that! Updating from 2 stars to 4!!
My experience with Lucky yesterday was a pleasant one. He arrived on time, was courteous and professional, and also provided education on my system and current maintenance plan. I had a small issue with billing when I tried to upgrade my maintenance plan from bronze to silver, but he immediately called the office who stated they would correct the issue.
