You know an HVAC company is doing something right when their people are so effective and enjoyable to spend time chatting with that you look forward to your quarterly visits. That's downright weird, frankly, but I am not complaining. A lot of companies are just drudgery to have doing their periodic service calls, but Spencer in particular, who came to do our quarterly bit today, was such a treat that I started feeling guilty about keeping him too long. Skip and Brad kind of tag-teamed our original sale and installation a year ago, and they were just as engaging. These folks are actual people who make it a real pleasure to deal with what is ordinarily bad news: that our AC needed an expensive replacement. Those relationships are so important in any business, and you will find that Autumn Air has that sorted out very well, and clearly empowers their staff to bring their own personalities from home, and it pays off. Chase was sent out as part of a repair request from our home warranty company. We have had issues with the system since we moved into the house in 2020 and have had a few different companies come out. This was a completely different experience as Chase did a full system review and provided us with some general education on the overall system functionality and why we were having so many issues. We had planned on replacing the system within the next couple of years, but decided to move up that timeline as the old system was not the right size for our house and was causing Air Quality issues. Chase and Melissa from the Accounting Team assisted with the financing process and we were able to get the new system installed within three days of the initial service call (Friday to Monday Afternoon).
