I always like to give a shout out to a great customer experience. We had an issue with an outdoor faucet and Garrett with Hoover Plumbing fixed it. I had to leave a message with my first call, and he called back within a few minutes and apologized for the delay. He set an appointment time and texted when he had to delay the repair due to pouring rain. He let me know he could come when the rain let up and finished the repair quickly. I have used Hoover Plumbing for several jobs and have been pleased with this company’s work. They have been punctual and have done good and competent service.
