The foreman was very professional. The crew was on time and worked together efficiently to install my new roof. They cleaned the job site and they were courteous as well. My new roof looks beautiful! I highly recommend Birmingham Roofs for anyone’s roofing needs.

I did not end up using their service. I had a roof inspection scheduled and for them to look at some ventilation issues I think we are having. No one ever showed up. I called an hour after the scheduled appointment to find out if they were still coming. I was then informed that the person that was suppose to be doing the inspection got caught up on another roofing job which is understandable. What is not understandable is no one contacting me to let me know and how I had to burn PTO for no one to show up. I will say the girl on the phone, I think Autumn was her name, was very nice. They did reschedule me for the next week but I decided to go with a different company so I do not have to worry about a no show.
