I am not one to write reviews but feel compelled to share a brief summary of our experience with your Company over the past 8 months (I am not affiliated with Sentry in any manner): - You all installed a home generator for us in November. We were very satisfied with the entire process from electrical upgrades required by the city to final installation. - We are remodeling our kitchen and needed to relocate an air conditioning vent. Wesley provided an estimate and the work was completed timely and efficiently. Diego and Caleb performed the electrical work we needed; new circuits for the dishwasher and oven. This is an older home and Diego came up with a creative solution to solve the problem! - In the middle of our kitchen remodel, one of our HVAC systems stopped working and needed total replacement. Sentry recently installed a new Carrier HVAC system at our home in Vestavia Hills. From beginning to end it was GREAT! Within an hour after I called Sentry, Ben was here and before he left our decision was made. Alex and Jamie installed our new system. They arrived at 8:00 AM and didn't leave before the job was completed.Their day was long and hot and they didn't leave until after 9:00 PM.
