I had a great experience with Cayleb of Cardinal. He explained what would happen during the process such as when roofing and supplies would be delivered and when work would start. Cardinal was incredibly responsive and professional. Justin and Manuel did an exceptional job with roofing repairs. They were there first thing in the morning each day to get started and couldn’t have been friendlier. Justin was very honest in pointing out some additional areas of concern upon initial roof inspection. They took pictures before and during the whole process showing the repairs made. We were fortunate enough to have Brandenn Pickett work with us on our damaged roof. His presentations were very informative. He gave us three. He knew his product and service. He gave us a projected start to finish time and his crew literally nailed it. They delivered and staged everything the day prior to starting. Their crew was amazing as well. It's hard to believe that I didn't see many nails after they cleaned up. And Brandenn came back through with a magnet after that. My neighbor came to get his card when she saw the finished product. Cardinal has a great team. We are retired Marines in this house and we respect hard work and teamwork. Cardinal displayed both to us. Good job Cardinal Roofing.
