I had an excellent experience w/this company! My AC/heater on the main level of my house was broken and I called; Derek came out within several hours, identified the problem, told me my options, and gave me pricing information. I decided to buy a new unit. Purchasing it was a very easy process and there was no interest on financing! The installation team came a few days later (3 very nice/friendly guys) and did an excellent job putting it in. Derek came back on the day of the installation as well as the next day to help me set up the app for my thermostat and go over all of the instructions for use. Very professional company. I plan to use them again moving forward and I suggest that you do too! They are wonderful to work with! When I called Douglas A/C they were prompt, professional and friendly in addressing my problem. Carson, the tech who came to the house was polite, friendly, knowledgeable, honest and helpful. He was thorough in answering my questions and explaining to me how to better maintain my A/C. He corrected my problem, cleaned up after himself and when he left we both were wearing a smile!
