Jake came to our house today to correct a problem. He was very professional and polite. He did an excellent job and we appreciate the work he did. Highly Recommend!!!
When I called Douglas A/C they were prompt, professional and friendly in addressing my problem. Carson, the tech who came to the house was polite, friendly, knowledgeable, honest and helpful. He was thorough in answering my questions and explaining to me how to better maintain my A/C. He corrected my problem, cleaned up after himself and when he left we both were wearing a smile!
