Josh and his team did an excellent job installing my new unit. Not only were they the best price, they went above and beyond cleaning up every last remnant of their installation, plus gave me filters and recommendations for upkeep. I highly recommend Iron City Heating & Air.
Excellent service!!! My usual heat and air guy would never answer the phone, so I called Iron City and I'm very impressed! They came out quickly and serviced my unit. You really need a dependable company that's there for you, especially in the cold winter months, special thanks for the hard work and service!!!
Excellent customer service and prompt follow up. My technician, Josh, arrived as expected and diagnosed my Nest thermostat issue quickly (and correctly). Most importantly - when I texted him with a follow up question post service call - he responded almost immediately, providing additional details required to assist with my warranty replacement.
