Customer service has become rare these days. I can not say enough good things about our experience with Yellowhammer roofing. The follow up was excellent. Our rep David Norris, handled everything. He went above and beyond providing documentation and photos to our insurance agency to assure we would get full compensation. He even addressed issues that were missed on their end. He copied us on everything so we were kept in the loop. He was professional and courteous. The installation took one day and the team cleaned up beautifully as well as helping move all the plants back to their original spot! After getting taken advantage of by two other roofing companies, we got in contact with Yellowhammer. David Norris was the person we worked with and it was an excellent experience! He has restored our faith in honest roofers by explaining everything with pictures, providing a solution that made sense, and not making us dishonest promises like the previous two rip-off companies. He is clearly well educated/experienced in roofing and never pressured us. The work crew showed up on time and they cleaned up after themselves.
