From the very beginning everything was professional. When our rep, David, came out for the inspection he was knowledgeable and very helpful. He took pictures of the roof to show us bad spots, left us with reading materials and then came back with samples of the shingle materials we would be getting. The shingle samples allowed us to choose just the right colour shingle for our home. The crew that did the work was exceptional. They arrived at 7 am and took only a lunch break before leaving at 7:30 pm. They cleaned up at the end of the day and returned the next day to finish the installation. Employers can only hope to have such hard working individuals on their team. When the job was finished they cleaned up everything and left the grounds looking better than when they arrived. Customer service has become rare these days. I can not say enough good things about our experience with Yellowhammer roofing. The follow up was excellent. Our rep David Norris, handled everything. He went above and beyond providing documentation and photos to our insurance agency to assure we would get full compensation. He even addressed issues that were missed on their end. He copied us on everything so we were kept in the loop. He was professional and courteous. The installation took one day and the team cleaned up beautifully as well as helping move all the plants back to their original spot! David Farry was excellent through every step of the process. We had hail damage from a storm and he was very responsive and answered all of our questions. It was our first time going through a roof replacement and David assisted us throughout. Anytime there was a question, we would get an answer!
