Jonathan and Tim were both great! Jonathan initially came out and gave me professional advice on an issue which I've been having over a year regarding an outdoor spigot. He was able to fix it that day for a reasonable cost. He did warn me of a possible issue down the road which I declined to fix that day, and when it did become an issue the next week, Tim came out and fixed the secondary issue at a very reasonable price, as well as solving another long-standing but very minor problem that had mildly worried me for a while. I was very appreciative of the punctuality and professionalism of both of these employees, and I liked that JT was willing to reduce prices for bundled work. I have no complains about Mr. Drippy service. They are affordable, professional, sincere, and they don’t take advantage on people. I had a shower issue and They fixed it quickly and nicely.
