Mr. Drippy Plumbing Birmingham

One of my 18-year old water heaters had its relief valve leaking the day before yesterday and our garage was flooded overnight. Mr. Drippy Plumbing was able to send someone over the same day I called. Matt the technician assessed the situation and gave me very good education and advises on the options. Chris the service manager gave me multiple choices and patiently worked with me to select the solution that made most sense. Today Matt and another technician came over and replaced the two water heaters in about three hours. They were very skillful, very careful (I saw them testing the pipeline to make sure there is no gas leakage with the new installation), and cleaned up the site as they completed work. I give these guys 5 stars. TJ was was always checking with me on the work being done and very professional during the call. Their technician Matt was great & knowledgeable about the repairs and always have answers to my questions . I would surely recommend them - Mr. Drippy will do you right. update: After a few months I had to call the company again to fix some water pressure issues. Matt fixed it up and explained what was going on. So far I'm very pleased of the service they had done for me. Strongly recommend Mr. Drippy for plumbing issues.
