Last year a storm caused water damage to my electrical box. A Mr. Yance came out and let me know my options, the cost, and other measures that could help protect my home in the future. They came out over the weekend and had everything installed and working quickly. But my true gratitude is yesterday almost a year after the work was done Mr Yance still had all the documentation and remembered the case which is the only reason I was able to get USAA to pay for the damages saving me thousands.
