Mr. Electric of Birmingham

I needed some work done on my electric meter. Gave Mr. Electric a call. Josh and Brian came out to see what needed to be done not long after I called them. Josh thoroughly explained to me what my options would be and gave me prices. Josh came back and upgraded my meter for me, informing me of what was going on with the work all the while he was here. That was very important to me. He did a fantastic job! I am 100% satisfied with his work. Thanks Mr. Electric!

I called about flood lights and made an appt for an estimate and Thomas came out and I explained what I needed and the problem was Thomas came out was very nice and helpful and I ordered my own bulbs I wanted real bright ones and to see him again. I don't remember what all they did the first time they came out. Was different issues. So this was my 2nd call.Thomas knew all the things that were done the first time. I may have marked the wrong things but did several. Services: Electrical wiring installation, Security system installation

Service tech was nice and seemed knowledgeable, but sadly like most of these national "brands", they are overpriced and try to upsell you on everything..... There' is a $400+ "inspection" fee that took the tech less than 15 minutes to find the problem. It was $500 total to replace 1 bad breaker. I wont be using them again and would strongly recommend you find a local company that doesn't make money on ridiculous fees.
