Technician was great - 5 stars. Pricing for the repair based on Standard’s flat rate pricing system was outrageous - 1 star - worked out to $1300/hr for the labor portion and the parts portion quoted to me included a 100%+ markup vs what I got it for down the street at a parts supplier store a few minutes later. Needless to say, I declined Standard’s proposal and found someone much more reasonable even after paying Standard’s $99 diagnostic/visit charge. If you’re looking for reasonable pricing, don’t use Standard. Service: HVAC system repair
Had a clogged kitchen sink. Called them and they were able to do same day. Brad the plumber was fantastic! Very friendly and polite. He was able to unclog the drain and everything was good to go. I would highly recommend this company and will be recommending them to anyone who needs a plumber.
Darryl Kimbrough is the absolutely best! He maintenance our air conditioner earlier this year & just maintenance our heat system. We have not any issues at all. In the past, we would have called our warranty company 4-5 times for issue after issue. Since Darryl have maintenance our systems. We have 3 units. No problems at all. I highly recommend everyone to call! Darryl is professional, friendly, personable, & definitely knowledgeable! Thank you again!
