These guys are awesome. Joseph is great to work with. These guys are there when you need them and get the job done quickly. They know their stuff and they’re friendly and honest guys. Can’t say enough good things about New Era. This is by far the best plumbing company around!

We recently had New Era Plumbing come out to address our kitchen faucet, which was having restricted water pressure as well as no hot water. They came out and found sediment in the line, cleaned off the screen and everything seemed to be working fine again. Just 5 minutes of their time and they were on their way. Not a few days later, the water flow in the kitchen faucet was restricted again. I called them hoping it would be no problem to send someone out again to take a look, because obviously the root of the problem had not been resolved and there was still an underlying issue. The person I spoke with implied this was a different issue from the original (since it had worked fine for a few days) and said that they would be charging us their service fee again if they were to come back out. He did tell me they would have someone out the next day, and when no one showed up I called them at 4pm to find out they had forgotten to send a technician. They did follow up the next morning though

Came at 8am finished in 30 minutes didn’t leave invoice nor charged me after work was done. Sent invoice next day via email, input time finished at 130 minutes which changed extra 90 dollars. Will call Service: Plumbing pipe repair
