I needed help with a water leak in my yard so I called around and ended up talking with Joseph Stevens at New Era Plumbing. I had a sense of immediate calm. I had to wait for the leak detection service to come and find the leak and he (Joseph) reassured me that it was the right thing to do, but to give him a call when the leak was located. I did just that. When I called him back, he said he would try to get to me the next day, maybe the day after but he called at round 7:20am the very next day to let me know he had a crew on the way. They we're there at 8am and took care of everything as if I had been on his schedule all along. Excellent service, professional, quick and fair and generally nice people. We recently had New Era Plumbing come out to address our kitchen faucet, which was having restricted water pressure as well as no hot water. They came out and found sediment in the line, cleaned off the screen and everything seemed to be working fine again. Just 5 minutes of their time and they were on their way. Not a few days later, the water flow in the kitchen faucet was restricted again. I called them hoping it would be no problem to send someone out again to take a look, because obviously the root of the problem had not been resolved and there was still an underlying issue. The person I spoke with implied this was a different issue from the original (since it had worked fine for a few days) and said that they would be charging us their service fee again if they were to come back out. He did tell me they would have someone out the next day, and when no one showed up I called them at 4pm to find out they had forgotten to send a technician. They did follow up the next morning though

The best plumbing company we ever used. We used them for our restaurant business. They are Very responsible, professional and quick! We will be using them and definitely recommend them to everyone we know!
