Connor with Wilbur's was amazing to work with. He gave me an honest and transparent assesment of our AC situation without trying to up-charge or sell me on unnecessary services. He did great work in a timely manner, and even sent a handwritten thank you card later in the mail after the job was complete. You could not trust your AC service with a better person.

You know you meet someone sometimes and automatically trust them? Well that's how I felt after meeting technician Donny Warner. This dude is a superstar. Honest, knowledgeable, forthright, polite, professional. He made our estimate process pleasant and I feel so much better. I would recommend Wilbur's heating and air because of their integrity and quality.

I never write reviews, but I’ve also never had as positive an experience with a professional I didn’t want to call in the first place as I had with Justin from Wilbur’s. Prior to him arriving, the customer service was responsive and friendly. I submitted a quote request via Angie’s list and Wilbur’s contacted me within minutes. They assured me someone could come same-day (a Saturday, when every other company I contacted offered Sunday at the earliest with a significant extra fee, or else Monday), and Justin arrived right when the dispatcher said he would. He was conscientious, kind, and did an excellent job fixing our sink. The price was very fair, and less than I was expecting. I will definitely call Wilbur’s again should I ever need emergency plumbing service. Five stars for sure. Services: Drain cleaning, Plumbing pipe repair
