All new PEC pipes were installed under my older house - requested by the seller. Also a new line from the street to the house was installed in order to past house inspection. The work was done by Dean and Son. A month later, we were questioning if they had forgotten to upgrade an outside faucet pipe. Justin from Dean and Son, arrived two days later and explained what and why about this particular pipe was left that way. Anyway....we appreciated his expertise and explanation. He installed a new outside faucet (which he did not have to do). When someone does right by me, I am always happy to report on their web site. Great customer service. There are many old houses on my street that need this kind of work and I would certainly have no reservation on recommending Dean and Son for any work of this nature. Thank you JUSTIN.

Please be aware of the Company. They promised me they would perform Sewer Replacement and was told repeatedly the work would be completed within 2 weeks. Called again in 2 weeks and was told they were behind and would get to me as soon as they could. After another 10 Days, called and talked to Cindy and She informed me that Mr. Dean had decided that he would not fulfill his agreement with me and to go find someone else. This Company is a Joke and is not a Professional Company. My advise to anyone looking at this Company to do Business with, is do not waste your time like I did.

I had a problem with the toilet in master bedroom. Dean and Son responded quickly and fixed the problem. The plumber who came to the house and the lady who scheduled the service call were both very nice and represented the company well. I'm sorry I didn't get their names to publicly thank them!
