Ultimate Heating & Air Conditioning

The AC in my main living area went out. I called Ultimate and the technician helped me try to diagnose the issue over the phone. It was about 9 pm and they said they could come out now and make the repair. I told them the next morning would be good since we had air in other areas of the house. Dustin sent me a txt with his arrival time this morning and a txt with his picture, when he was on his way. He said he would be here at 8 and he was 10 min early ! I was very pleased NOT to have the standard service " We will be there between 6am to 6pm time frame" The parts needed to make the repair were on the truck based on the phone diagnosis. My unit went out on a holiday weekend (of course). These guys were so helpful and understanding of my situation. I can’t remember the guys name that worked me so much on financing the unit but many blessings to him!! Zane came out 3 times before it was all done and he was very professional and loved his demeanor. They set me up with portable AC’s until unit was installed. Highly recommend this company!!! It's never a good thing when you need to replace a compressor. However, Ultimate Heating & Air Conditioning made it as painless as possible. They did everything they could to avoid replacing the unit. They showed me where the problem was and explained in detail how the issues were caused and what the resolutions were. I am very serious about my home and the maintenance of it. These guys not only fixed my issues, but they also identified how I can take better care of my units on my own to increase the life of the equipment. I cannot say enough good things about these guys.
