Brady and the entire Ultimate team are fantastic to work with!! We use them on our rental properties and they treat our tenants and us respectfully every time. I must say I have waited a couple months to write this review to see how the install has held up and I must say I highly recommend! These guys did a great job and are also Veteran owned and operated company. I can not express how honest and professional these guys are. I contacted them In the middle of the night about my A/C not working. Brady came out and serviced it and informed me it was near the end of its life cycle we sat down and went over options and I informed him I would make up my mind when the unit finally crashes out. fast forward several months the A/C and Heat had stopped working. I picked up the phone gave them a call for another quote for a new unit we went over the details together he was very helpful with any questions I had. He checked and my unit wasn't in stock so he picked one up in a different State to make sure my Unit could be installed. I Will be using them for all my HVAC needs going forward. It's never a good thing when you need to replace a compressor. However, Ultimate Heating & Air Conditioning made it as painless as possible. They did everything they could to avoid replacing the unit. They showed me where the problem was and explained in detail how the issues were caused and what the resolutions were. I am very serious about my home and the maintenance of it. These guys not only fixed my issues, but they also identified how I can take better care of my units on my own to increase the life of the equipment. I cannot say enough good things about these guys.
