Will was professional in every way. He identified the source of and fixed sporadic problems such as flickering lights, a breaker that occasionally flipped on and off, and flood lights that seemingly had no switch. He had no problem entering uncomfortable attic space and climbing onto a steep roof in order track down a problem. Beyond technical expertise he was friendly and his fee was reasonable.
