I can't say enough about how happy we are with everyone we interacted with from River City Roofing. Richard Geahr was our sales representative. He was extremely professional, understanding, patient, and respectful. When we received the quote, we never felt pressured into buying the most expensive product they sold, nor were we pressured into buying their product at all. We were simply given all the necessary information to make an educated decision on our own. When we decided on a type and color of shingle, we let Rick know that we had put in a claim with the insurance company already because we had roof damage from a recent storm. There were some very frustrating moments when dealing with the insurance company for the next 3 months, but Rick helped us work through them.
