What GREAT work --Richard and his crew were on time and installed my new GAF roof in one day plus made repairs to my fascia ,replaced decking and also installed gutter screening. WOW My wife and I couldn't be happier. Tim Hoover Service: Roof installation
1) I called to get evaluation of problem with leak. 2) They set up a time and came promptly as scheduled - on a Thursday. 3) Evaluated problem and said they would come out the following Monday or Tuesday for repair work. Then I made the mistake of mentioning that the Company had actually originally installed the roof. 4) Did not come out the following Monday or Tuesday as promised. 5) A week or so passed and I called back...took my number and said they would look into what was going on. 6) Another week or so passed - same result. 7) Well over a month now and no returned phone calls although they were promised each time I called. 8) I've concluded that the Company will not stand by warranty.
Been in business for over 40 years by far best quality roofing company in the Birmingham and Alabama areas. Jonathan White is one of the owners of the company and he started at 17 years old replacing roofs that has a lifetime of knowledge fair prices top-notch work great customer service highly recommended!
