I have been working with Nathan Riggins at Boxwood on getting a roof completed. What a Gem Nathan has been. The insurance was trying to get out of paying for an entire roof and Nathan went to work on my behalf. It took a while but Nathan ultimately got them to pay for the roof. They came out did the roof and Nathan again went above and beyond and took care of some issues from a previous roofing job from a different company. He kept me will informed throughout the process answered any questions or concerns I had. Nathan stands by his word. He provides customer service the way it should be done. I recently had my roof replaced (insurance paid for it) and Jon made the entire experience seamless and easy. He worked with the adjuster and everything was perfect. I'd highly recommend boxwood to anyone looking for a roof replacement. It looks great!
