Professional, prompt, consultative and competent. Positive experience from the initial service call through issue diagnosis and remediation. James was on time, knowledgeable and expeditious. He's there to help resolve your HVAC issues quickly. Additionally, he was a pleasure to talk to, very personable. Saturday morning- AC isn’t working. We called Vandy’s and got on their schedule for same day. They showed up an hour early and had it fixed before the original start time. Nice, respectful, affordable and very upfront on cost. We’ve already added them to our contacts for next time.
Vandy takes care of each of my business locations as well as my home. He’s always there on time or early, and gets me fixed up and taken care of quickly and at a reasonable price.
