When we called needing an outdoor faucet installed before our daughter’s outdoor water party, Hudson and Vickie worked with us to make sure we got in before the birthday girl’s big day! Noah (plumber) was punctual and professional and got our outdoor faucet installed in plenty of time prior to our daughter’s outside water birthday party! She’s going to be so thrilled! I was very pleased with the scheduling and communication from J. Henry Plumbing. They were able to schedule an appointment soon after i called them. Josef arrived punctually, and was professional and knowledgeable about what needed to be done. I knew my faucet was leaking so I had already purchased a replacement at Lowe's. Josef was able to confirm there were no other leaks, efficiently installed the new faucet and offered several helpful suggestions for the warranty and future maintenance of the faucet and sink area.
