Our warehouse restroom had both a toilet that kept running and a urinal that was leaking. Noah and his helper came out on the scheduled day. Assessed the situation and made the repair. Even though it became a little more difficult then what they had thought to begin with. The price was a little more then I thought that it would be, but I do not know much about plumbing labor rates. I was just glad to have the repairs made and the work complete with functioning equipment. So I was glad to pay. The next day I noticed that the water pressure was not flowing as hard as I would like it to have been. I called back in and Noah came right out and made an adjustment. I was having issues with my tankless water heater. Vickie called me and took my information. Josh Henry then called and stayed on the phone for 30 mins walking me through troubleshooting. Cant express enough how thankful i am that J. Henry plumbing came out to fix a major emergency situation for me within 24 hours of calling. Most other plumbers in town gave me a week or more timeline and or never even returned my call. Noah the technician was a great guy and did quality work.
