OnTime Service

The service was great from the first phone call all the way to when the job was complete. The service technician, Ron, explained what he needed to do and how he would be able to do it. I came back on here and adjusted my review. This company is super expensive, and they just were not the company for me this time around. I have addressed my concerns with the owner who personally called me to talk. It really is HIM from the commercials! He is so kind, and I understand their business model. I think I was just so upset at what went through my mind when I received another quote and it was so much less. They just are not for me on such a big job. But I do believe they are a very respectable business. Thank you to the owner for calling me.
