OnTime service is amazing. The service team are so knowledgeable and honest. Tyler was able to check the circuit breaker and fix the issue with our dryer so fast. Thank you all for your great customer service. And thank you Brett for recommendations on what repairs were needed

Great experience today with Tyler, who installed a 240V plug in our garage. He was able to come out the same day I called (within a couple of hours) to give an estimate and was able to do the installation same day. He also finished in less time than we expected. Again, overall a great experience and would definitely use him again.

I came back on here and adjusted my review. This company is super expensive, and they just were not the company for me this time around. I have addressed my concerns with the owner who personally called me to talk. It really is HIM from the commercials! He is so kind, and I understand their business model. I think I was just so upset at what went through my mind when I received another quote and it was so much less. They just are not for me on such a big job. But I do believe they are a very respectable business. Thank you to the owner for calling me.
