Great people and great work!! They were kind, very friendly and explained everything. Out of everyone I called, they were the most reasonably priced to fix my units. I will definitely be using them again and would recommend them to anyone.
It’s very hard to get a quality technician and company to provide service these days. Whether it’s air conditioning, plumbing, electrical they seem to be all so busy and not very concerned with Customer Service. Paradise was a refreshing exception to this rule. They were on time and on point they came out when we needed them that when they wanted to. Thanks to Jennifer and her family for an excellent job. They are go to team from here on out. Highly recommend. Showed up on time, took time to explain what the problem was with our AC and what caused it. The technician (Jonathan) was very personable and knowledgeable and the cost of the repair was very reasonable. Will be using this company from now on.
