Agreed to complete some deck repair work and never responded to my request to schedule the work to be completed.

We had Nick come out and look at our basement which was in need of remodeling. He was professional and knowledgeable. He told us he would send us a quote in one week. Almost four weeks later we have not received a quote from him despite our follow up phone calls and emails. It was disappointing that they did not follow through with what they promised. Fortunately, we did not lose any money, only time. I would hesitate to trust someone with a job costing thousands when they don't follow up as promised.

I am a realtor and needed new flooring installed at a house I had listed on the market. Nick stayed in touch with me during the entire process. He made sure the job was completed in plenty of time for us to close the deal. The flooring was beautiful & the new owner was very pleased. Thanks Nick!
