I bought the HVAC through Lowe's, and Dan said he would install the unit for me. I called when the unit arrived, and he came out the next day to install it. The gas vent was on the opposite side from my old unit so we couldn't hook up the heat. Dan got the pipes cut and was out the very next day to finish hooking up the heat.
