Brown Heating and Cooling

I almost panicked. Woke up and my air was not working. Looked on Facebook for recommendations and ran across Browns heating and cooling, and this was the best decision. David was extremely professional, very honest and very polite. He took before and after pictures and thoroughly explained what was going on with my system. That was my biggest fear, that I would get a technician that would take advantage of my “hot” situation. Well my prayer was answered I would highly recommend this company to anyone, and make sure you ask for David ????.

Really thankful for David coming by today. We called yesterday evening and they told us they’d have someone out the following morning. David gave us a heads up on when he’d be here. He did a thorough inspection, diagnosed the problem, and resolved the issue quickly. He gave us a ton of information on our current unit and how to avoid problems in the future. David was super efficient and made us feel very comfortable. We will definitely be using Brown Heating and Cooling in the future and we’re so grateful David could come by and do what he did today! Called Brown out because they just started doing plumbing and they currently service my A/C at one of my properties in Birmingham Benji came out and worked on my water heater and while he was out was able to clear a drain for me. They did a great job and I am happy with the service
