Brown Heating and Cooling

I almost panicked. Woke up and my air was not working. Looked on Facebook for recommendations and ran across Browns heating and cooling, and this was the best decision. David was extremely professional, very honest and very polite. He took before and after pictures and thoroughly explained what was going on with my system. That was my biggest fear, that I would get a technician that would take advantage of my “hot” situation. Well my prayer was answered I would highly recommend this company to anyone, and make sure you ask for David ????.

Called Brown early Friday morning because my AC stopped working, in July to say the least. Cathy was so pleasant and she was able to get Scott out right away. I wanted a new unit installed and Brown did a great job doing that for me. A special "Thank you" to Jason who answered all my questions and worked hard to complete job. Scott was great. We were optimistic but the truth is we just needed a HVAC conduit reconnected to a floor vent. About 1 1/2 feet of conduit. Maybe an hour of labor at most. They wanted $500. Scott went back to his manager - they wouldn’t budge. I fixed it for about $75. I had to buy 25’ of conduit to get 2 feet. Small jobs are not their specialty. Again Scott was great.
