Lewis was very timely and happy to teach me about my heating system. As a new homeowner this openness for questions was very comforting. Excited to see their estimate for some additional work. Service: Heating system maintenance
Company lied about the service provided. Didn't complete the repair. Took payment and never completed the job! So disappointing! We waited weeks for parts with no follow-up and constant continued excuses. Only to find out after taking our money that the original assessment was wrong. Horrible experience. nearly 3 months and still no A/C.
Horrible experience and the saga continues…Fire & Ice Heating and Cooling was assigned to me by my home warranty company on July 5th. The heat index that day was 108 and it was 96 degrees in my house. They finally came out on July 13th and it has not been fixed as of today, July 16th. They’re completely taking advantage of the situation with the warranty company and myself. There’s more to the story that I’m not going to say at the moment but I would advise others to stay away this company at all cost! Service: A/C system repair
