Coming up on 2 months and my AC still isn't fixed. First it was "waiting on manager approval" that took 2 weeks, then it was "Home Warranty is asking for additional details" - another 2 weeks, now its "Waiting on the part to come in" 3 weeks and counting. They say they'll call and update you and never do. Services: HVAC system repair, A/C system repair

my home warranty sadly sent my AC outage to them. DO NOT call if you want it done right or appt set timely. First they installed my new ac unit - installed on original pad that was 3 x too small for the unit - only fixed after i called. Now only 2 months into new unit already quit working and is clogged. My warranty company sent a different company out and they found the indoor unit A/H was installed on original return so was told will keep clogging until is fixed - plus did not install a drain. Then after my call got reassigned to them they did not even come out to fix!! still UNRESOLVED plus the girls in office are SO RUDE!!!!! BUYER BEWARE DO NOT USE THEM IF YOU WANT WORK DONE CORRECTLY.

I was thinking I would have to wait a few days to get an appointment. But Fire and Ice was out the next day. Tim Poore represented the company in a professional manner and was extremely knowledgeable. He looked the situation over and told me what he recommended and the experience was superior. I will definitely call them again and recommend them to friends and family. I love the name “fire and ice”. Service: HVAC duct & vent repair
