I’m 28 weeks pregnant and working from home. Our heat went out over the weekend and since we have a home warranty we are assigned a random Company to come do a service call. After not hearing anything for 48 hours my husband requested a new company. We were blessed to get A Plus Comfort. They quickly responded, made the service call, assessed the problem and made it back to our house with the parts in just a few hours. We now have heat on in our house and thank God we do bc we have a 2 year old coming home from daycare soon and it was getting so cold in the house! Would highly recommend using this company again! Just like always, the A/C seems to go out at the end of the hottest days! I called A Plus after 4 o’clock expecting to get an appointment for the next day. To my surprise there was technician at my door within half an hour! He had my A/C fixed in less than 15 minutes! Lee was super pleasant to work with! He even did some maintenance checks and suggested things to make my system last longer! The price was below market and the service was top notch!!! I would have given 6 stars if it would let me!
