My technician was Thomas. He quickly assessed and fixed the issue, and worked with me to help apply any discounts I was eligible for. A few days later (on a Sunday) he walked me through another issue over text, step by step with detailed instructions and quick responses to all of my dumb questions. On his day off. 100% could have ignored my messages and I would have even understood that. He goes above and beyond to make sure that customers are taken care of and actually cares about the person, not just the job.

Thomas HVAC is reliable, affordable, and customer focused. They provide solutions and let customers choose the best route. Their response time is amazing, which works out well in the hot months when your A/C is out or cold months when your Heater takes a vacation! Give them a try and you won't be unsatisfied.

Extremely friendly and respectful repairman came out to my house a couple weeks back, I couldn’t afford to fix the AC that day, so I had to have someone come back another day to fix it when I had the money. The first man was so nice and respectful. I didn’t get to meet the other man because I wasn’t home, but it seems like everyone that works for this place is so kind. The staff is also super friendly.
