Thomas HVAC located in Meridianville are very dependable and have excellent Customer Service! Yesterday our A/C went out. They assured us we would be taken care of and advised they would send a technician to our home before end of day. The tech called to advise he was on his way and arrived shortly after! The technician did thorough inspection and got our A/C back working! Their service and inspection fee was very reasonable, as is their maintenance plan, We signed up! We highly recommend this dependable company that answers their phones right away and made us feel they truly care about the customer! Thank You! We are new to this area, and needed to have something installed on our air conditioning unit. We contacted three different businesses. One of them was charging way too much for what we needed done, the other never showed up during the scheduled appointment. I called Thomas and they were able to send someone the very next day. He came during the hours they gave us, called before coming, installed everything properly and professionally, and the price was very fair. After waiting a few weeks on someone else, I wish we had called them first. Service: Installation
