Annette Hale's Indoor Comfort Systems

When we had several HVAC companies come out to help solve our lack of air circulation problem, Anette Hales was the only company to actually go under the house and map out our ducts. Identified the problem and offered a solution! Their follow up service has been outstanding! They are true professionals and great at their jobs.Rod was out yesterday and serviced our three systems. He identified a weak capacitor. He was able to replace it for us in no time and clean off the exterior of our systems. Knowledgeable, professional and was so good with our dogs! Great service.

Herman did a great job. Found the cause of our A/C not putting out cold air (a gecko had gotten across the leads of a large capacitor and shorted it out) and fixed the problem quickly at minimum cost. He's helped us before and is always super professional and knowledgeable!

I had a new Carrier 3.5 ton unit put in my home today by Annette Hale's indoor comfort. I can honestly say they are by far the best HVAC Company in North Alabama. I received exceptional customer service. Preston came out and gave me a quote and had it installed the next week. Everyone was extremely helpful. I was extremely happy with Steve, Martin and John. They worked quickly and answered all my questions as they went along. They came in and checked all my vents to make sure none had came lose over the years and fixed them. Jerry was the supervisor who came out to insure everything had been hooked up right. Rod done the start up on the system and ask me to make sure I had good air flow in the house. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful.
