I have been using their services for 8 years at the time of writing. Had a new Carrier system installed and serviced twice under warranty. Receptionists on the phone are very helpful. Each visit the crew arrived on schedule. The workers were professional and courteous. The company uses Home Depot financing, which is quite a benefit - I was charged no interest for two years. I had a new Carrier 3.5 ton unit put in my home today by Annette Hale's indoor comfort. I can honestly say they are by far the best HVAC Company in North Alabama. I received exceptional customer service. Preston came out and gave me a quote and had it installed the next week. Everyone was extremely helpful. I was extremely happy with Steve, Martin and John. They worked quickly and answered all my questions as they went along. They came in and checked all my vents to make sure none had came lose over the years and fixed them. Jerry was the supervisor who came out to insure everything had been hooked up right. Rod done the start up on the system and ask me to make sure I had good air flow in the house. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful.
