Blake Brothers Service Corp

Blake Brothers electricians installed 6 fans and 2 lights for us, and I couldn't be happier. Taylor and Frank were polite and professional, answering all of our questions and making sure everything was to our liking. The company's communication and coordination was excellent. They responded to our work request promptly and got everything quoted and installed in less than a week. We were informed whenever a technician was coming our way and about how long it should take them to arrive. Everyone I spoke to was friendly and happy to assist with any questions we may have had about the process. We will definitely be calling Blake Brothers for any work we need done in the future!

I had a very good experience with the Blake Brothers associate John Patterson. He was very professional and nice. He wasn't sure that he could get my pipes fixed but he didn't give up. He also cleaned up after himself and I can say that for the last plumber that was a here. I work in the insurance industry and I will definitely be telling my customers about you all. Thank you. Update.. Thank you Mathew for commenting and taking time to talk to me. Matthew was very professional. He apologized for the technician charging me a service fee when the service call was under warranty and said he would make sure all technicians follow their warranty rules. Matthew offered service on another item in my home which was greatly appreciated. I had Blake Brothers come out last year to fix my faucet in my bathroom. The technician “fixed” it but less than a year later I was having issues with it again. They came back out, charge me a service fee for something they didn’t fix correctly to begin with. I ultimately got a faucet (patient supplied) from the manufacturer. They came back out to put the faucet in. So on top of the service fee that I shouldn’t have been charged, they moved that amount to the installation fee, but added an additional amount on because they installed the faucet. So for an installation that took less than 10 minutes, they charged me almost $200 ????. Re
