Will Rogers was on time and did an awesome job communicating the problem and solution to my plumbing issue. I recommend Will and Blake Brothers to anyone. I also had Taylor Dickens come out from Blake Brothers to fix multiple electrical items that were found on a home of mine during an inspection report. He was very thorough and gave a few different repair options and allowed me to decide which was best for me. He was patient with me as I’m not easy to contact while at work. Very happy with Blake Brothers service technicians. The best part of the entire experience.
Update.. Thank you Mathew for commenting and taking time to talk to me. Matthew was very professional. He apologized for the technician charging me a service fee when the service call was under warranty and said he would make sure all technicians follow their warranty rules. Matthew offered service on another item in my home which was greatly appreciated. I had Blake Brothers come out last year to fix my faucet in my bathroom. The technician “fixed” it but less than a year later I was having issues with it again. They came back out, charge me a service fee for something they didn’t fix correctly to begin with. I ultimately got a faucet (patient supplied) from the manufacturer. They came back out to put the faucet in. So on top of the service fee that I shouldn’t have been charged, they moved that amount to the installation fee, but added an additional amount on because they installed the faucet. So for an installation that took less than 10 minutes, they charged me almost $200 ????. Re
I was very impressed with the service that Blake Brothers provided for me last week. Brandon showed up and listened to my description of the problem with our pool equipment. He then began a very thorough troubleshooting process and quickly determined the wiring problem in the equipment panel. A quick check with his multimeter and then swapping some wiring around solved the problem. Brandon did a great job explaining the issue to me. I would recommend him to anybody needing an electrician who knows what he's doing! I hope all of the guys at Blake Brothers are as good as Brandon. Thank you, Brandon!
