Good things: all the techs and scheduling people were kind and friendly. They did good work. Had it not been for the negative experience, it for sure recommend them. Bad things: told me they would send a plumber and electrician out and instead sent an estimator out, which put us a day later on resolving the issue. Plumbers installed a water heater with a tank, as requested. But, they told me to do a flush on it. I asked how, and they wouldn’t tell me - just told me to google it. (Side note, the reason we went with the tank heater is because they told me I would not have to do maintenance on it and the reason I hired them in the first place is that I’m not a plumber or electrician, and wanted a professional to do the work). I followed the instructions I saw online, but that resulted in 2 heating elements burning out.. I understand that part is on me for not doing the process right, but I wish they would have told me how to do it or told me I didn’t actually need to, so I could have avo

We just moved into our house and noticed the downstairs was getting warmer and warmer. I called today and Armando was here within a few hours to inspect our units. He was professional, informative and efficient. Within an hour of him diagnosing the problem, a different technician, Michael, was at our house with information on a new unit. He was knowledgeable and honest, I didn’t feel like he was a salesman working on commission, and he got us scheduled for an install in two days time. He even offered to bring in a window unit to help cool it down in the meantime. No one wants to have to get a new unit but all three Blake Brothers employees (the woman at the office as well!) that I dealt with today were wonderful! Highly recommend this company!

Working with Blake Brothers was such a great experience! Honestly, from the moment I connected with them, I felt like my issue was well-understood and they would be able to help. The preliminary call was effortless and made me feel at ease with my situation. Upon arriving, both Justin and Aaron were attentive to my needs and professional in every aspect. They quickly assessed the issue and provided multiple methods to resolve, repair and strengthen my plumbing. I talked through the scenarios, asked questions and felt like they provided solid reasoning behind the path to resolution.
