I needed some roof repairs done so I reached out to ten roofing companies in the area and only three of them actually followed through with the estimate. Out of the three estimates I received, Coltus was priced in the middle. The reason I decided to proceed with them is Chance Stinnett... great communication, explains things well and picks up his phone 90% of the time. As you can see in the other reviews, they do quality work at a fair price. Chance also told me that when I replace my roof a few years down the road, they'll credit me for a large portion of the amount I paid for the repairs which guarantees I'll be a return customer.

My experience was extremely pleasant. After a quick call to explain the issues, someone was on-site for an assessment and recommendations with in hours. Coltus Roofing replaced our roof due to storm damage. They helped with the insurance company, and were always available to answer questions.
