Hunter and his team did a great job. It is hard to find good Handymen that will do good work at a fair price these days. He took notes on what needed to be done. It was a bunch of stuff. Paint touchups, fence repairs, gutter repair, retaining wall repair, light fixtures, light bulbs, HVAC filters, all in two days. His team worked hard in the heat of this Alabama summer. Set an appointment at 9am. They sent a text for showing up between 9-1 pm. 1:50 pm passed and still no technician. Called the office and no answer.
