Joe East Heating and Cooling

I recently bought a new AC from Joe East and I've been extremely satisfied with their services. They went out of their way to get me as many discounts as possible for the AC. On top of that, I had a recent problem with the AC shutting off in the middle of the day during the summer. I called and early the next morning, a gentleman by the name of Joseph Stillman was there, not only to fix my problem for free since I'd recently bought the AC, BUT he even added a pump to boost efficiency and minimize maintenance on the flow valve pipes. Mr. Stillman was very professional in terms of his demeanor and his quick maintenance. Once he had finished, he walked me through what he did with photos as well as told me easy and simple things to do to keep the pump and pipes in tip-top shape. Extremely satisfied with this experience.

If you’re considering using this company for any HVAC services, DON’T! I paid this company a month ago for a maintenance package on my HVAC units and scheduled for them to come out with a request to update me when the tech was done since I don’t live in the house. Not even sure if they actually did any work since I was never called. But they sure got the bill out to me quickly. Now a month later the A/C stopped working. I called for an emergency service call since it was after hours. The call center said they offer 24 hour service and a tech would call me. Randy Schmidt called me back and said “they were done working for the night” and couldn’t get out until the next morning. So why offer 24 hour emergency service if your techs aren’t willing to work? You are better off calling another HVAC company and not using this one!
