If you’re considering using this company for any HVAC services, DON’T! I paid this company a month ago for a maintenance package on my HVAC units and scheduled for them to come out with a request to update me when the tech was done since I don’t live in the house. Not even sure if they actually did any work since I was never called. But they sure got the bill out to me quickly. Now a month later the A/C stopped working. I called for an emergency service call since it was after hours. The call center said they offer 24 hour service and a tech would call me. Randy Schmidt called me back and said “they were done working for the night” and couldn’t get out until the next morning. So why offer 24 hour emergency service if your techs aren’t willing to work? You are better off calling another HVAC company and not using this one!

I had previously left a not-so-great review after having a service call in the middle of the night and a wire being loose. I’ve been blown away by the response of Joe East’s team to make it right. Guy even took a little extra time out of his day to play with my son while he was here. I will be recommending them to all of my family and friends Service: HVAC system repair

A few days earlier technician determined there was a refrigerant leak and due to age of system recommended partial replacement. The installation crew showed up on schedule and got to work quickly replacing air handler. They cleaned up any mess and made sure all was working correctly before leaving. Completely satisfied with service. Service: Installation
